Drag occurs when it should not
« on: February 09, 2017, 08:30:09 AM »
I have QuickSwipe and QuickDrag on my GameObject.

Swipes are set to rotate up/down/left/right and set not to allow gesture start on self
Drags are set to move up/down/left/right with the GameObject having a collider attached.

I can swipe OK but the drag is flaky in that if I start a drag/swipe near to the GameObject, but clearly no where near the collider the drag happens.

This results in sometimes the GameObject rotates and sometimes the GameObject moves even when touch is not on the GameObject

This is confusing our users, please advise

Hi,

Wierd, Because the detection, if done according to the collider with a raycast relative the the 2d Screen position.

Are you in 3D or 2D or with Ui Element?

With you the way to send me your test scene?
